Two questions: q1. if i order the clamps can i have the square shaped hooks, not the curved ones? q2. once assembled how wide and high are they?

Not sure it matters if they’re square or round so long as it fits the roof bars. Once they are clamped down and padlocked the ladders are going nowhere.

Will theses fit on square roof bars

I have oval roof bars on my car they fit these. I think square roof bars would be smaller in size to oval, so should be ok.

The two last images show a round and a Square hook, which one to you get? What is the distance between the verticals of the square hook.

The round hook is best option as it takes up squarely on roof rack profile. It will raise and lower 9 and half ins.
