I bought this to compare to Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning Blend, but they are pretty different - this one is almost entirely salt rather than the "everything" blend. I'm not going to use it on bagels, but I think it will make a great rub on steaks and sprinkle for salty snacks.
