This is exactly what I needed. It’s the right size and covers my lower back perfectly. It’s easy to use and quite comfortable. I put the entire thing in the freezer ( I don’t take the freezer pack out each time) and only remove it if the belt needs washing. It’s very convenient. I highly recommend this product! I use it every day after my lower back/core exercises.

This is a great little ice pack. I wish it stayed cold longer , but all in all great purchase.
