Restores Brightness & Functionality
I purchased this projector lamp for our home theatre cinema. It is very nice, but can dim over time. This replacement lamp helped restore it's brightness considerably; it's like a brand new system now. It was very easy to install and works very well. The pictures no longer look faded. Our home movies look so bright now, and it doesn't randomly shut down anymore. We are very pleased with our purchase; we consider our home theatre esesential, and this lamp has helped ensure our cinema's longevity.

I would not buy again.
Bought for my Epson Ex9200 Installed, it worked. Lasted about 2 weeks. Could be a fluke. The workshop where my projector is in use is a bit dusty, but the name brand lamp I had before this did not break on the inside like this one. I think the quality must be low, maybe the inside mechanisms or glass is not thick enough to withstand any particles passing through it or maybe it over heated?. I ended up putting my old lamp back in and it has continued to work for months since. I don’t know if I would buy this again next time, I don’t want to spend more money. But the insides were definitely made differently so my instincts are to spend another $25 for a $75 manufacturer and not get a $50 Chinese off-brand.

Does not last or work as advertised
I bought this bulb 1 and a half year ago, it went to crap with less than 2000 hours on it. Replaced it with a different brand.

Terrible - Almost has died after 150 hours
The light started working great... After 70-80 hours, it has started dimming big time. Now it's almost dead.
