4C Energy Rush Electrolyte Drink Mix Variety Pack, 40 Sticks, 3 Flavors

I normally use the same brand regular energy rush and it was sold out, so I ordered these. Wow, these have some energy kick! Really seem much stronger than their regular line of product. I have mixed feelings about the flavors. The lemonade is great, but the strawberry and grape are both sweeter than I prefer, however, that's just a personal preference. I add a splash of lemon juice to cut the sweetness. I love these because I can throw a couple into my purse or workbag and be set for the day. The 4C brand is the best value on the market for these energy drink packets. I have also found that these work better and have a better flavor than most other pricier brands on the market. The electrolytes is a nice added bonus, especially on hot summer days.

This has become my go-to energy drink. It tastes reasonably good (better flavors than the other box), and it's just as effective if not more effective than a premade drink and costs way less. I can say with confidence I get no jitters but that's mainly because it's not pure caffeine and there's more ingredients that help curb that feeling. As for carbonation, when mixed, it's slightly carbonated but nowhere near as carbonated as Zipfizz. All in all, a great product.

I have tried Celsius and C4 energy packs as well. This has less caffeine but hits harder and is way cheaper. The taste is as good. Nice to see more flavors.

My favorite! Use these nearly every day with lunch to stay feeling hydrated. I now prefer the pick me up over coffee, matcha and canned energy drinks. Typically mixes well with unflavored fiber powder and creatine but is good on its own. Always tasty with a touch of fizz. I recommend a shaker bottle, although it’s pretty dissolvable and not too clumpy in ice water that’s been stirred. It’s effective enough to use as a pre-workout. 200mg of caffeine is a significant dose, so I just make sure not to consume more than an additional 200mg throughout the day as my limit per day is 400mg. My favorite flavor is Strawberry, then Lemon. My least favorite is Grape but it’s not bad. If I could change anything I would just ask for additional flavors in the variety pack to change it up a bit!

I brought these for the 3 in 1 benefits. Summer is coming up and it is always a hassle for me to hydrate. I put on in a 1.5 liter bottle, it has intense carbonation, smooth mix ability, a good sugar free option and in terms of energy, I would say it's effective. When I wake up and am groggy in the money, it's gives a smooth energy that I don't crash from. Would recommend.

Best energy drink with 200mgs of caffeine. The flavors are all excellent. The price is reasonable. All around a superior product. Nothing negative to say about it.

These packets are really sweet. I usually only use 1/2 a pack for a 24 oz cup of water. The strawberry is the most mild. I think they should replace it with watermelon.

These are ok however, I won't be a repeat buyer. Pros: The 200mg caffeine and other vitamins help with energy and aletness. The price is great! No artificial colors so no teeth staining. Easy to open and easy to pour! You get a ton of product for a small price. Cons: Flavor is pretty awful. I can't even explain why it's bad. It just reminds me of chemicals or accidental soap tasting, basically it tastes like something that I shouldn't be injesting. I'm trying to find a (cheaper) substitute than the $5-$10 loaded teas that I fell in love with. This disappoints my taste buds. I didn't really notice carbonation, but maybe there were a few bubbles. I didn't really care about that aspect of the product so the imperceptible amount of fizz didn't bother me. I'm trying to power through the flavor and use up all of this but I'm trying to mix it with Hawaiian punch and other non caffeinated beverage mixes to make the flavor more palatable. If I was on a strict budget, I might consider repurchasing for the energy, which, to be honest is the main reason I purchased 4C Energy. Thankfully, I can splurge a little bit more to get a wakeup drink with a more enjoyable flavor. 3 stars for great focus, energy, and vitamin benefits!
