I thought I would give this product a try because it contains multiple strains of magnesium. This was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made my body felt incredible immediately I am 56 years old and started experiencing knee discomfort. I’ve been very happy with this magnesium complex. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I like that it contains several forms of magnesium in one supplement. I take it in the evening, and it has become a convenient part of my daily routine. The bottle arrived well sealed and in good condition. Overall, it seems like a good-quality product and I would purchase it again.

As someone who has never been "regular", after taking this consistently, I am for the first time in my life. I have noticed regular bowel movements and improved sleep/relaxation in the evenings. My insomnia is not nearly as bad. I definitely recommend. It does not give me an upset stomach and I don't usually take it with food. I love that I do not feel bloated anymore throughout the day.

I think this product would work great if used over a period of time. I started to notice a difference after the first month of using it.

Great one... It's very strong. I wouldn't take more than 1 cap if you don't have a serious deficiency of it... It says take 2caps per serving daily to get the 1.000mg it shows, but just 1 does the job.

Good magnesium supplement! The capsules are easy to take, and I like that it contains multiple forms of magnesium. Overall, a great addition to my daily wellness routine.
