They work amazingly
Tomorrow will be a month that I have been using these and let me tell you that they work. I went from 197 to 186. My sleep is ok but the energy that I have been having since taking this is amazing. I have been working out and doing laps around the park that have hills. Yesterday I was able to push for four laps and jogged. Something I haven’t been able to do in years. I’ve tried just about every weight lost and this one has been the best. Also I was in a car accident a few months ago I was to the point were even putting on my clothes became painful, bending just a little was killing me and ever since I started this and physical therapy the pain has become tolerable to sometimes no pain at all.

I posted 5 stars BEWARE ⚠️⛔️ So everyone would NEVER take this. This made me so sick. Toxic levels of magnesium. Read the one stars reviews. I should of read them. Do Not Take this Magnesium your stomach will be in so much pain

I think this product would work great if used over a period of time. I started to notice a difference after the first month of using it.
