The texture is rich but easy to distribute through the hair, and the scent is amazing. I used it on damp hair, applied it in sections, combed it through, and scrunched my waves before letting it air dry. It brought back my hair’s natural texture and left my waves soft, defined, and frizz-free for more than 24 hours. My hair looked healthier and more like itself. I’m very happy with the results.

I got a perm but it was almost straight and I was super sad about it. I bought this one hopefully to improve the curls and it actually did! With just a first few applications my curls were even and very obvious. I also love the smell and would repurchase.

I have type 4 high porosity, dry hair. I feel it works really good and because its thick it last really long. It has a strong smell buts it is not bad. It does create for defining my curls and leaving my hair hydrated.

This curl smoothie is really nice and hydrating for my hair. I like that it moisturizes without leaving any residue, and it helps my hair feel softer. The only downside is that there isn't a lot of product, so I used it up pretty quickly. Overall, it's a good product and I like how it works on my hair.

I have tried numerous products to get my natural curls to pop. It wasn't until I bought the Shea Moisture brand products that I got the results I was looking for. The other products for natural hair worked, but over time the results began to wain. I live in a state that is hot anf humid which can cause the hair to frizz or lose it velocity. However, Shea Moisture products stands up to the weather conditions. I would recommend this product for those who style their "Crowns" naturally. NOTE: Hair type may effect results. By know means am I a professional hair stylist. I do enough to get by 😉

I have thick, curly/wavy hair. This weighed my hair down and made it greasy looking, I used a decent amount so very possible I need to use less. I used it on my daughter who has very thin but curly hair, and it made her curls look very defined and bouncy. Didn’t look greasy, but I used hardly any rubbed between my hands. I would overall say its good, but a little goes a long way! So be careful not to overdo it and look greasy!

This product lasted me 6+ months, but I do have short hair so keep that in mind. if your hair is naturally curly this product will definitely enhance your curls and it usually does so for about 8-10 hours (from one application), However if your hair is not naturally curly don't expect this product to make your hair curly.

Helps hold the curl very well. Very thick consistency, kind of like congealed condensed milk so might not be suitable for oily or fine hair. Smells very sweet
