BOOST High Protein Balanced Nutritional Drink, Chocolate, 8 FL OZ, 12 pk

I was very ill and unable to keep down food for months. I finally started feeling better when I started my day with one of these shakes. Started recovering after I started that routine. It’s thicker than the normal version but not in an off putting way. I like the extra protein. They have another version that also adds fiber that really upset my stomach. I’ve only tried chocolate and recommend. Any time I’m hungry and can’t decide what to eat I grab one of these.

I just bought these because I was told my protein levels were a bit low. I was taking LiquaCel, which in 1oz has 16g of protein. Wasn't working to well. I heard good reviews about Boost. So I bought a 12 pack of the green top chocolate. Put in fridge for a day, then put one in freezer for about 30 minutes. It was incredible!! They taste great, creamy and no aftertaste. With an 8oz bottle you get 20g of protein. I am on a renal diet, so I was concerned about the Potassium and my dietitian said it was ok since my Potassium was low as well. The phosphorus was a concern also, but I take phosphorus binders. So I am good on all counts. I really recommend these for those who need a protein drink or a supplement as I do. Buy these, you won't be disappointed!!

It makes more sense to buy this here, than in the store. In the store it is nearly $2 a serving! Last buy, it was $27 for 24 bottles. Much better! I get this for my mom. She is always going out without making a breakfast, because she just doesn't get hungry in the morning. But by the time she gets back, she is shaking and hungry. With this, she can just grab a bottle and go, and it keeps her for twp or three hours. If she is going to be longer, she blends it in with some almond milk and some frozen fruit and takes it with her as a fortified mini smoothie. Also good as a late afternoon pick-me-up when you missed lunch! and helps you pass all those tempting and unhealthy fast food places when you are out running around.

Drink for a quick lunch or snack. Doesn't taste watery

This is very tasty. I was disappointed in the amount of sugar. It's pretty high I switched tti their 30 gram protein one with less sugar and love it!!

Got these for a good price. Good protein and calorie content. Not the best tasting but does the job and I like that the drinks are smaller but have the same nutritional content as a larger protein shake. A little too sweet in my opinion but much worse protein drinks out there!

You just can’t beat Boost. The chocolate is delicious. I am a senior of 72 years old and it gives me a “boost of energy,” makes me feel full with a banana or toast, and is great for a snack before bed without worry of heavy foods or sweets to digest. I drink one or two every day!
