Good product using since 2 months

Ah yes, what an outstanding experience this has been 👏 Bought the AC in March, delivered on 9th, and the real adventure began right after. The brand promptly called for installation… great start, I thought. I requested a simple reschedule since I was out of station. Fair enough, right? Fast forward a week, I confirm I’m back, and finally the AC gets installed on 17th March. Smooth so far… or so I believed. The AC worked beautifully for a grand total of 2–3 days. After that? It decided cooling is overrated. Called customer support, and a technician shows up. His diagnosis? No gas. And apparently, since it was installed by a “third party,” I now need to pay ₹3500. Let me get this straight… brand arranges installation, AC stops working within days, and somehow I am supposed to pay? Incredible business model. Truly revolutionary. It hasn’t even been a month, and I’m already being billed for fixing a brand-new product. Returning this is the only sensible option. And buying from this brand again? Yeah, that’s not happening. Ever.

Ac is good but Installation cost is very high 1. Basic installation - 1770 2. Stand charge - 750 3. Stand fixing - 350 4. Cloth roll - 300 5. Cloth roll pipe fixing change - 150 6. Ac plug - 150 Total amount for installation: Rs. 3470/- What is highlight is my ac outdoor unit not fix into the wall, it's fix in terrace surface ... Why not give some product related accessories along with product? Plugtop also not available
