easy to install took about 5 minutes. Took a bit of farmers ingenuity to get the angle of the igniter to be centered and fit the pipe angle ( less than 1/8th inch difference). Castle stove took right off as before so works well. The allen wrench was the wrong size but I didn't need it anyway had a set of my on worked well. Fast shipping well boxed and wrapped. Good price bought 3. fast hot heat.

Product fit and operated as it should, no issues installing, also had detailed directions to install if you were looking to diy. Used on a castle serenity pellet stove.

I know you should always buy replacement parts from the company of the product you are replacing, however when you are in a pinch and have a home to heat with two small children got to do what you got to do with same-day delivery 😅 I was not expecting how well this igniter would hold up. We have to keep our pellet stove on eco mode. we live in a tiny house So it gets hot very easily that being said, the igniter is constantly turning on throughout the day. So yes of course we are definitely putting a lot of wear and tear on our pellet stove but it is necessary. I was shocked at how long this igniter held up considering the abuse that we put it through. We are on our second one after replacing the first one 6 months in. I reset the ignition counter when we replaced it and by the time this one toasted it had ignited over a thousand times. I am very impressed with this product

Im glad this was available and glad this was the only issue with my pellet stove. Works amazing.

The igniter will not get hot enough to start the fire. Set it as direction said to do, 3/8 of an inch from opening. Put the Castle Serenity Pellet stove back together, would not light the pellets. removed the fire port and followed the instruction on how to test the igniter. It got to a dull red, not glowing red. Moved it in to about 1/4 inch, another test start, and would not light the wood pellets. Moved the igniter right to the end of the igniter tube, had the same results. Ran a test on the igniter at each of the 3 movement of the igniter, never got to a glowing red, just a dull dark red. Lot of work with a faulty igniter. Good luck if you buy this product!! ***Update: Seller refunded me my purchase price, without me asking for the refund. Very good customer service! Order another igniter from seller, temps are very low in Ohio right now. Fastest delivery I could find was Amazon. Thought I would try one more. Had the same issue would not ignite the fire box. Did the test run on the igniter, second one would glow red back down in the igniter tube, but not at the tip. Neither igniter would get hot enough to lite the fire box before the pellet stove would time out on a start up. So, I ran a diagnostic test heating up on the igniter for 10 minutes to get the igniter as hot as it could, took the pellet stove out of diagnostic mode quickly and put the stove into the on (start) mode. the stove would lite doing it this way. Not perfect, but I am staying warm. This could work if for you in an emergency. Gave the seller 2 extra stars for their service for making things right.
