256GB Ultra Luxe, USB-C Flash Drive, Up to 400MB/s Read Speeds

I originally bought this flash drive to upload the maps to my car’s navigation system. This flash drive is a power house! The speed of uploading AND downloading data is FAN-tas-tic! There is versatility and flexibility in terms of being able to use it with a PC or a Mac. I think it got a little warm, but I probably should pay more attention to that element. I love that it’s a whole Terabyte. The instructions on the packaging were simple and clear. The sliding mechanism of the USB Type-C part is so smooth, and it keeps it protected. I agree with other reviewers here and I definitely recommend this product!

Good quality and reliable. It does get a bit hot when transfering large amounts of files.

I usually don’t like buying from 3rd party sellers on Amazon but this transaction was very good. Great price especially since the price of storage has more than doubled since I bought this. Recommend

I use this to move photos between my phone and computer. Its so fast. I love it. The only con is it gets a little warm sometimes - I think because of the metal housing.

I did purchase the scan disk 256 GB ultra Luxx USB type C flash drive it is a great price has an enormous storage capacity is super simple to use seems quite durable and is fast is exceptional performance and you can even hook it onto your keychain to take it with you I do recommend this product to family friends and to you.

My 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid does not have a CD player. I tried the Lehwey Portable Car CD Player, but it only works with some CDs. Plugging in a flash drive works, but the Honda is very fussy about the format. I had files in .WAV and .MP3 format which are supported, .OGG and .M4P (Apple) are not. If you leave unsupported files on the flash drive, you will get an error message for each and every one (no way to skip this check). The flash drive must be partitioned with Master Boot Record (MBR) and the partition needs to be FAT32. The Ultra Luxe comes formatted correctly right from the factory (see picture). The Android software on the car will create a bunch of directories when you plug in the flash drive the first time. If there are too many audio files on the flash drive, it will take forever to connect (see picture of the error message). With 1200 files, it took about two minutes to connect to the flash drive. With 230 files, it took less than five seconds. Really? It is clear Google implemented a bubble sort, what a bunch of amateurs. So, 99% of the flash drive goes unused, but at least I can listen to my tunes again. The files should be organized by Band in the top level folder, the Album name at the 2nd-level folder under the band and the audio files at the third level. Compilation albums don't get combined (amateurs!), so I made a folder at the top level called "Compilations" and combined the artists there. I added the band name to the audio file name (see picture). The Music Library display uses different data than the display when playing (see picture). Now that I have discovered these secrets, I can cruise along listening to Underdog and Spiderman theme songs! You can see the Ultra Luxe at the bottom of the picture in the audio USB slot.

I've used Sandisk flash drives for years and have started to upgrade my older drives to new drives with USB connectors. The functional specs for this drive are great and I liked the fact that this drive was advertised as having a "premium metal design". Be sure to press the center of the slider towards the inside before attempting to slide the connector in or out of the body of the drive. The slider does feel a little flimsy and might not last long. This is a v 3.2.1 drive. Not all drives of the same version provide the same speed. There are differences in the type of NAND memory (SLC or MLC is faster than TLC or QLC), some drives use cheap controllers (kind of like a traffic copy for data going in/out) and premium drives are built using multiple read/write channels (same idea as a 1 lane road versus multiple lane road), etc. You will really notice the difference when writing a large number of smaller files such as when doing a backup between this drive which flies versus something like a 64GB PNY Elite-X™ Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive which is like a turtle. Doing my PC backup takes about 2 minutes for this SanDisk versus about 20 minutes or more for the PNY. 64GB PNY Elite-X™ Fit USB 3.1 Flash Drive

I purchased several smaller drives, however this one is by far the best. I am able to travel with it, there is no small top I have to keep up with, as this device is retractable. I use this for all of my photo and videos. I recommend this drive, I have had no issues.

ممتاز ما واجهت مشاكل لكن ليس بتلك السرعة

Super prático, perfeito

Znakomicie

Really good backup tool at a good price & good speed performance. Well made from good materials this drive connects easily to your tech & your up & running in no time. Being 128GB there's plenty of space for documents or photo back up's. Have had no issues with over heating or writing problems. Good product very happy.

Een heel snelle en betrouwbare USB stick met 1 tb opslag
