Great game for toddlers, not actually a board game
This is a great game, even at a very young age. Not actually much of a board game, naturally, but a good bit of fun anyway.

High quality and imminently educational game for kiddos
So, this is a great little game. I play board games, and was really hoping for something that would be both simple and intuitive for a 3 year old, and also at least somewhat interesting for an adult, and this is...not that. Mechanically, it's barely a game. So much so that when you read the directions you may find yourself asking what the point is, or even why there are directions (indeed, the directions imply that the game is as much a canvas that you can apply your own rules to, as much as follow their recommendations). I balked, I admit. BUT! If you sit down and play this once with your child, you will see how carefully and deliberately it was designed to trick your toddler into learning something. Colors, Shapes, Matching, Fine Motor Control, Taking Turns, Making Connections Between Separate But Related Objects. It's incredibly broad in what it's trying to teach children, and it does it without making it obvious to the kid. But it will be obvious to you. The highest praise I can give it is that my 3 three old frequently runs up to the shelf and pulls it off asking to play it - and personally I'm thrilled that she just getting practice in the art of taking turns. It beautiful, kinesthetic, with nice chunky parts that will survive much mistreatment.

Great family fun. Suits 2-5 year olds
Still a favourite for our kids almost a year on. Age range at this point two through four loved playing together. Actually a help with our daughter with DS' work on hand eye coordination. Each player takes turns rolling dice (coloured sides), you then have to catch that colour fish. You work on completing like a puzzle board with each fish you've caught, first to complete wins. Best of all is the RAINBOW FISH!

Here Fishy, - great game.
Another terrific HABA game for toddlers 2-3 yrs old, although requires a little more dexterity than my 2-year-old granddaughter has yet developed. She loves playing with the sea creatures, the die, and the fishing pole (which distracts her from the game, as prefers to wildly swing it about). Well-constructed, solid pieces. Better played with same-age toddlers (very boring for adults).

High Quality, Not Cheaply made
My 4 year old granddaughter loves this game. It is incredibly well made too. The pieces are solid wood and beautifully painted. The fishing rod is easy to use and the magnets so sturdy. She loves to play this game, suitable for her age.
