Very good product
This grill is truly non stick and the warning light turning from red to green and indicating when you can start grilling is actually working! You can open it up fully to do just one side at a time, and the hinge to do both sides at once is big enough to grill thick sandwiches. I love this product.

Worst customer service
I am facing the worst customer service experience. I purchased a Wipro product from Amazon that stopped working in just 6 months. I have been following up with Wipro for the past 4 months with absolutely no response or support. Since I purchased this product on Amazon, I expect Amazon to take responsibility and resolve this issue. I am tired of chasing Wipro endlessly. Please arrange a replacement or initiate a refund for this defective product immediately.

Locking system and plates alignment
Not a great product, locking system is not working properly and even the both plates alignment is not good.

DON'T BUY
It ain't a good product!! It is supposed to open 180 degrees; it does... When you do that, the plates takeca whole lot of time to get heated. More importantly, when you open it at 180 degrees, the coil attached to the plates gets heated and gets burning red color. NOT GOOD!!!
