Levi's Women's Vintage Overalls (Also Available in Plus)

Adorable overalls. The material is a good weight, the color is as advertised, and they are well made. I ordered the "Propose to Me," which were a new color in October 2025. They do not have any stretch. I am 5'3" and about a size 6/8. I ordered the medium, and they fit perfectly with no room to spare. Normally, most mediums are a little roomy on me, so please be advised that if you are looking for baggy overalls, you may want to size up. Also, being short, I am used to having most pants hemmed. The inseam on these overalls hit me just right so it is most likely a 28 inch - 29 inch inseam. I find it unusual to have pants this short when they are not a petite. Just a heads up if you are tall.

Bought these for a mommy and me photo session and they were perfect! I’m 5’3” and 143 lbs. Waist 30, hips 40. Size medium fit just right and the length hit perfect to wear with flats (since I’m shorter). Med was the recommended size for me as well.

I'm absolutely loving these overalls! It seems I've entered my "overall phase," and these are definitely a comfortable and practical addition to my wardrobe. The material feels like a good, soft denim and has a nice weight to it. I ordered the "Fresh Perspective, X-Small" and found the color to be true to the advertised pictures – a great vintage cream, though some reviewers noted the "Cloudy Travertine" can have darker wash areas along creases, which didn't bother me. One important thing to note is that these overalls do not have any stretch. This is a consistent point across reviews. Regarding sizing, it seems to vary a bit. I'm 5"3 and 106lb , and I ordered a xs. For reference, I typically wear a xs. Some found their usual size to fit perfectly with no room to spare, indicating they might run a bit small if you're looking for a baggy fit. Others found their usual size to be roomy, which was a plus for mobility. It's probably best to consider sizing up if you prefer a looser, baggier style, as they are not overly generous in fit. The inseam length also has some varied opinions. At 5'3, I found the length to be a bit long. Some shorter reviewers found the inseam hit perfectly, likely around 28-29 inches, which is unusual for non-petite sizing. Taller individuals, however, wished for an inch or two more length, often cuffing them to make the slight shortness look more intentional. They're not cropped, but some might find them a good length for cuffing. A pleasant surprise was finding a thin pen pocket in the front, perfect for sunglasses earpieces! The straps are very adjustable, which is a great feature. One minor initial hiccup was that the buttonholes were a bit tight when new, making them difficult to unbutton, but this seems to ease up with use. Overall, these are well-made and adorable overalls. If you're looking for a comfortable, non-stretchy pair with good color and a classic feel, these are a great buy! Just be mindful of the sizing recommendations and potential inseam length for your height preference.

Love the soft denim and the fit of these. I am 5’7” 135 lbs and got the medium. They are definitely roomy but I need to be able to move freely while wearing these at work so that’s a plus for me. The slight cons: wish they were an inch or two longer but I like to cuff the bottoms of my pants. They are a good length otherwise and not cropped. The “cloudy travertine” color is a great vintage cream but does come off as dirty in some areas where the wash is darker along creases (see pics). Doesn’t bother me since mine will get dirty at work anyway! On sale they were a great buy overall.

Update - just bought another pair ( my 5th pair!) of these overalls but in the (New) Afternoon Stroll (Waterless) and they DO NOT fit like the other 4 pair I purchased which were called “The Shining”. These are weird - they fit tighter around the waist, the legs are shorter yet the crotch is longer. ODD. Just an FYI, the other 4 pair I absolutely love - these, not so much. I’ve been searching everywhere for this particular elusive pair of Levi’s overalls - no one has them in stock, AND they are $128!! I can’t believe I found them here on Amazon, and at this unbeatable price. I ordered them half-assuming they’d be fakes, seeing as how cheap they were, and no one anywhere having any in stock, hardly anyone has bought them on here, and in the description it says these are only 98% cotton - I know Levi’s overalls are 100% cotton (yes, it matters to me!) but hey, it’s Amazon, returns are easy so why not try them? Well....They aren’t fakes! And! I LOVE them! FYI, They do run large. I’m 61 years old, 5’4” and around 140 lbs. I usually wear a women’s medium, ordered these in a medium, and these are a little big on me, and I mean even a little large for overalls, but they are still AWESOME! It doesn’t seem like they will shrink - the denim appears beautifully broken in, but if they do I’ll come back here and report. I kind of suspect these may be men’s medium, not women’s. But they are so incredibly soft and well made I’m keeping them anyway AND I’m ordering another pair in size small right now! I put them on immediately and they will definitely be a mainstay in my tiny wardrobe. On the fence? Buy them ! You won’t be sorry Edited to add: I bought another pair of these overalls in size small and I think I prefer them. Since these small ones fits me so well I kinda find it hard to believe these are women’s Levi’s ! (I never fit in a small anything!) There’s not a huge difference in the two sizes though , both sizes look and feel really good - just depends on the look you’re going for. Really happy with these overalls! Another update worth noting: I just purchased another pair of these overalls in the color: “Throwback”. The other 4 pairs of these overalls I own are all in the color: “The Shining (waterless)”. (I have 2 pair of each in small and medium ) I just received the “Throwback” pair in size small. They are markedly smaller than the size small of “The Shining” pair. They do fit me, but are much shorter, and are also tighter in the mid section- to the point that I couldn’t wear a sweatshirt under them, as I do with my small pair of the others. I like the color, so I was planning on exchanging them for mediums, as I really believe the mediums will fit better - but I see they have gone up $20 since buying them! Since I really can’t afford them to shrink AT ALL in the wash I’m sadly just going to return them. Perhaps I’ll try them in medium if they drop in price.

My daughter loves the fit and style, but the strap ends are not sewn over the clasps. I suppose the idea was that being thread around the bars of the clasp and slider would hold it in place, but it is easy to dislodge when making an adjustment, and forget about staying in place during tumble dry. Every other set I've seen had the end sewn down over the clasp bar. Since my daughter really loved it otherwise, I sewed it and it's been fine, but that was at least a half hour I could have spent doing something else.

I purchased these Levi’s overalls to have as an easy casual outfit I can just throw on. I am very satisfied with the quality, style, and fit. I am normally a size small in most clothes but I went with a size large to get an oversized look and I’m so happy I did! The color is true to the image and the overalls have a slight stretch to them. I’m very happy with this purchase and love the Levi’s brand! Their pieces are high quality and will last for many years to come! I definitely recommend!

One of the buttons on the bib was super glued on instead of properly punched though and secured. Tons of glue around it, you can tell it was broken. It fell off after the first wash! I usually am not one to leave a bad review. I love these overalls and it sucks to pay 50 bucks or more for a broken pair. My husband ordered early for a holiday, so I didnt wear them and figure this out in the return window. I hope the seller reaches out and fixes this. Unfortunately, I think they are selling broken products. I would NOT order these online. But I will update if they send a replacement or refund.

5’8” - 260lb - apple shape - wearing size 24W I am happy with these. They fit well and feel high quality. I usually order 20-22 but I’m happy I got 24. They are loose enough to feel comfortable but are not overly baggy.

Super happy with these jeans! I'm 5'5, 118-120 pounds with average proportions and the x-small fits perfectly. Given the already baggy and larger fit, I don't think I would've needed to size up to my usual size small. Only extra action is that I do have to undo one side button to easily pull it over my hips (doable without button, but it's a tight squeeze), however, it's not tight anywhere at all once I have it on. Overall, it's perfect and I love it :)
