Hello, We bought our boy these headphones for Christmas, he has hardly used them and they are not working. Please can we get a replacement?

Get in touch with seller.. They might give you replacement or money bk on them hope this helps

Where do the batteries get inserted

“Dear Nicolas N., Those headphones are wired so you don’t need to insert any batteries. To use them, just connect the Aux-in cable (included) by putting the jack plug of the headphone into the socket of your audio device. Thus, you can enjoy unlimited listening hours. Thank you.”

Do they need charging? Bought these as a Christmas gift and have accidentally thrown away box with cables and instructions.

No, they are just normal corded headphones. Normal headphones don't need power. They are not like wireless or Bluetooth headphones. Great for kids.

Hi, are these compatible with a Nintendo switch?

Hello We have another model with a mic which is more appropriate for the Switch. Our ref is HPBT010SP.
