Bellroy Notebook Cover (Leather Folio for Notebook) - Black

There are many many many less expensive options but you can see the difference in the leather used. The pockets are great for some cards. It comes with a couple Bellroy branded notebooks but will fit Field Notes. They slide in for a tight fit so there's no concern of anything slipping out. There is a little dip in the binding for your pen which is nice though I would have liked more of one to allow for different pens without the tip sticking through.

Bellroy products are high quality and made to last. I’ve had a Bellroy leather wallet for years that has developed a beautiful patina and I can’t wait for this notebook cover to do the same. Field notes fit perfectly in this. A normal pen will also fit nicely inside and clipped to the spine. The magnetic clasp is useful for keeping everything tidy and together.

This wallet is great! It fits very nicely in the front pocket and holds up to eight cards. You don’t have to worry about your cards falling out.

Expensive but very slick

Love this thing. I’ve been looking for a good wallet/journal combination and this is perfect. Used it for a few weeks now, take it everywhere. Nice leather, refillable journals are easy to find, a regular size pen fits in there just fine. Worth the price imo.

Loved it. Bellroy quality is a cut above the rest

I use this wallet more often than any other wallet I have, despite it only really having room for 4 cards. I like that it has a dedicated space for a small pen, which has come in more handy than I would expect! The quality of the material it’s made of seems high and after a few months of use only shows minimal wear. Well worth the high price tag if you don’t have a lot of cards you need to carry!

Nice quality product, but it’s a just bit larger than I would have liked. Almost too large for a back pocket. Also: regular pocket moleskine’s etc. don’t fit in here like the Bellroy books do that come with it. Bellroy have sliced around half an inch from the width of their notebook for the magnetic enclosure to snap closed. This means the cover won’t stay fully closed with any notebooks besides Bellroy’s own, which is the main reason this isn’t a 4 or 5 star review

Diseño minimalista pero funcional, calidad excelente, pero hay algunos inconvenientes: -Los imanes que deben mantenerla cerrada son demasiado endeble, no se mantienen. Cualquier movimiento o gesto hará que se abra. -por el mismo tipo de cierre se limita bastante su capacidad para llevar mas cosas, como hojas sueltas, notas, algun recordatorio o moneda... ya que se salen con facilidad, no como en una funda con cierre completo (por ejemplo con cierre de cremallera). -La calidad de la piel se intuye buena, como el resto de productos de la marca, pero se siente demasiado fina, y los bordes no estan cosidos, sino como unidos por una especie de plastificado en los bordes, a pesar de que se ve alguna costura, estas son meramente decorativas. Esto podría traer problemas con un uso pesado y extenso, ya que esas uniones selladas con plástico he leído opiniones de gente que en modelos de billetera de Bellroy con ese tipo de sellado se desgasta y se abre, y eso sería un problema... He devuelto el producto, porque por estos puntos no encaja en mis necesidades, necesito algo para un uso mas rudo, y esta funda es para un usuario que cuida demasiado las cosas y premia el aspecto sobre la funcionalidad o practicidad. Si es tu caso, es totalmente recomendable y de excelente calidad, solo no es para mi.
