Works great. Roasted a turkey for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. Roasted 2 chickens on my grill with same results. Unfortunately, temp readings became inconsistent. Followed the troubleshooting guide with no success. Called the company. Great service! Warranty still good. Sent me a replacement. Thank you!

Love it. So easy to use.

I love this device. The batteries last a long time with this device, even though I have left it powered on many times and it hasn't drained the batteries.. I use this device on my bath tub to detect if the water exceeds my temperature setting. I only wish the alarm sound could be louder so I can hear it in another room, because the sound of water into the tub is louder than the sound of the alarm.

Used for homebrewing. Got this since my previous one just didn't wake up one day. The timer is useful on brew day, and I needed a thermometer that uses temperature versus meat doneness. Pros: solid build, accurate enough, temp alarm setpoint, timer Cons: probe not waterproof, so have to be careful measuring liquids. I'll waterproof it myself with food-grade silicone.

Had this timer just under 45 days, and the Minute Increment button stopped working making it completely useless. Not a quality item and I would not advise purchasing this product. This purchase can be verified on 1/31/2026. I will be going back to the Polder brand with the same functionality and whose only negative I've experienced in the past was a weak magnet for the refrigerator and oven appliances.

Not long at all

Really easy to use. I was able to use it for my Thanksgiving turkey. It was easy to program it to the desired temperature and when it was ready, the alarm was nice and loud. My turkey was cooked perfectly, unlike some years when I thought it was done, but still needed extra time. It stuck to the side of my fridge and the cord was long enough to stretch from the oven to the fridge without dangling too far, or not reaching far enough.

I have only used this twice but it was easy to use, accurate and easy to read the digital display. So far so good.

use it couple of times on meat it works well but i didnt see it can use it for prawn or seafood cos it was not specified. Overall good to have one.

This is a great unit. I would recommend it to all.

Free advice: The crimping on the thermowell that is meant to hold the thermocouple in didn't hold mine in; it slipped further up during normal use, this lead to the oven temperature being read, however if you didn't notice and you used this for cooking your food might be at an unsafe temperature. This is easy fixed, just add additional crimps to the thermowell. I had to pull mine out completely, cut the thermowell, and reinsert. That said, it measured temperature accurately and I really enjoy it's functionality. The temperature alarm is a godsend. Minimum temperature for food on the back is printed in Fahrenheit and I'm a Celcius man.

I had high hopes for the brand Taylor but upon the very first use, the internal temperature reading was off by 32C!! Not 5 or even 8 degrees Celcius...32 degrees Celcius!! Meat was toast. DO NOT BUY!!!
