Disappointed
Battery inside product was loose and would continuesly rattle. Power bank function doesn't work when charging my iPhone. Software on device is buggy. Burning plastic smell when charging device.

Not worth the money
If you are buying this just for thw power bank aspect don't bother, I was looking for a new gotcha after my old one broke, I thought this would be really good as I can charge my phone while I use it as soon as I plugged it in my phone came up telling me to check my charger as it wasn't a good connection. I had it on charge for a good 20 minutes and my phone lost battery not charged up. The gotcha side of it on the other hand works fine but for the money this is not good value as the power bank doesn't work. I think I may actually return mine and buy another version as I feel this has been a waste of money

Expensive for what it is, but invaluable in the game.
One thing I dislike is that they have done away with a dedicated app for this model on android & iPhone. Relying on a Web app instead.I previously had the Ranger model which died after many years of service. One thing I dislike about this is the fact that it's a flat box. With the ranger you could tell where to press in order to activate it for re-pairing. With this I have to get it out of my pocket & look.
