I bought these to have as a surprise for my daughters wedding shower and they loved them as much as I did!!

NO REPLACEMENT NO RETURN
I tried to contact the seller so I could have my horribly crooked, customized coffee bands reprinted, but it was impossible to get past the annoying Amazon robot. I am forced to write a bad review, rather than a good one. Save your money, if you are a company looking for a custom branding item. My order is horribly crooked and it is clear the company saw this and sent it out anyways. So there is no QC on the printed items. If you want to have them redone… nope, that simple solution won’t happen unless you pay AGAIN to do so. The quality is good, the finished product is good, but if you have a logo, the name, and the email, the 3 lines will not line up. Our logo is 2 lines and it came out super crooked. So BUYER BEWARE. Customer service is non-existent due to the bot so there seems to be no solution. Go elsewhere and pay more money for a better product, and a more customer service friendly outcome.
