⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best STEM Kit We’ve Bought — Kids Learn AND Feel Proud Using It
We’ve tried a lot of STEM toys, and this build-your-own radio is easily one of the most rewarding ones so far. Build Experience: The instructions are clear and easy to follow, even for kids who’ve never built electronics before. Everything is labeled, and the parts actually fit the way they’re supposed to (huge win). It kept my child focused and engaged the entire build. Learning Value: This isn’t just “assemble and forget.” It teaches real concepts—circuits, signals, how radios actually work—and my kid could explain what each part did afterward. That alone made it worth the purchase. The Moment It Turns On: When the radio finally powered up and played sound, the look on my kid’s face was priceless. That sense of accomplishment is something you don’t get from screen-based toys. Quality & Sound: For a DIY kit, the sound quality is surprisingly good. It actually works as a real radio, not just a novelty. Perfect Gift Idea: This is a fantastic gift for birthdays, holidays, or school projects. It’s fun, educational, and feels meaningful instead of disposable. Great for: • STEM-curious kids • Homeschool or classroom projects • Parents who want less screen time • Gifts that actually get used Bottom line: If you want a hands-on STEM kit that teaches real skills and builds confidence, this radio is a home run. We’d buy it again without hesitation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend for kids AND parents.

Easy. Fun. GREAT sound and antenna to catch all stations - AND No “mom, help!” Moments🤣
Key parts if you don’t want to read: •Durable •All parts there (and didn’t break!) •Fun for probably 6 to 99 years old! (with help with smaller tools for the younger kids) • I might get one for myself just bc of the good sound and size!! • impressive sound and quality of sound • educational-ish gift! My 11-year-old built this solo—no crying, no drama, no “Mom, I broke it” 🙌 The radio part blew his mind, the sound is legit, and it’s survived 11yr old kid chaos. 10/10 mom-approved. (May even get one for myself and the wood is paintable to make it even more fun!)

My Autistic Daughter Loves It!
This was a really nice kit! My 6-year-old autistic daughter loves working with her hands, and this was perfect for her. The instructions were simple enough to follow together, and she felt so proud when it started working. It’s not overly complicated, but still teaches patience, fine motor skills, and how things fit together. A great confidence booster and a fun little STEM project. We really enjoyed it!

Cute, compact and works great!
My Grandson thinks this is the coolest thing. Says he’s keeping it forever. Works incredibly well.Easy to assemble. Great project. In this age of streaming it’s a refreshing alternative.

Great item, easy yet rewarding build for kids.
Christmas gift for my son (8). He loved it and was so proud putting something together and hearing music etc work. He then asked how do radios even work. We watched a short video how they work and thought it would be a great idea if they put in a 1pg. tutorial of how they work in these kits to help understand and learn.

No screwdriver, Fun STEM project…
Got this for our son for Christmas and he enjoyed putting this radio together and it works great! Only issue I have that it doesn’t come with a screw driver and the screws and nuts are very small for an adult to handle since it’s mainly meant for kids. Be sure to have a small magnetic screwdriver because it’ll make the process easier for you.
