Squish with thumbs before opening Put in pan light water.. I add cheese almost all.the time. On high for like till it bubbles basically.. then done.. that fast in a foodie.. all sorts of flavors too... Spanish was good, butter one ehhh....vegetables one was awesome and the balsamic was good too
