I have been using the Water Science softeners for a while now after using bad quality products with similar claims. The products from Water science are actually effective and do what they promise effectively. The shower head and the tap filters have effectively helped in reducing hairfall and skin irritation for me.

Alert:: Low quality Product. I was a regular user of water science tap filter, this time they provided with plastic leth for fitting in tap, but that was if low quality and broke in filter only and now filter is jammed and cannot be used further, whole 1800rs wasted I have 2 brand new filter, which cannot be used because of low grade attachment provided by Water science Customer care number, never reachable, please try calling once before buying.

Installation can be done by yourself. Value for money.

Lot of salt like sediments are seen the bucket as also white marks in the steel pipes. It is not there in the tap where this filter is not installed. I had removed the filter from the tap due to this visibility of salt like crystals. Not recomended . As also Rs.865/- required for replacement of filter after 6 months.

I know I know the plastic part broke within 2–3 weeks cuz of heavy flow of water , no one can mention this !!! I contacted customer care, and they replaced it immediately without any arguments or asking me to fill out any forms. Their customer support was very cooperative, polite, and helpful. The replacement process was smooth, and I’ve been satisfied with their service. Great after-sales support💯💯

Overall a good product. The product comes neatly packed with an extra filter cartridge. Four different adapters. Easy to install. I installed the filter in about 5 minutes on my kitchen tap. One MAJOR issue is the adaptors. I expected some sturdy and good material but the adaptors are made of plastic and look very very flimsy. I couldn't tighten the filter all that well as the threads were slipping. So i tightened the filter only till it was not leaking. For the price, it would have been nice to see some metal adaptors of various size so that the filter can be tightened real well. Will update the review after some time of use.

I have ordered through Swiggy. The product is literally waste. I checked TDS same in water before and after using this filter. I request all user's to check it who wrote positive Comments.
