Great Tool for Swing Training
This training aid showed me immediately how my lack of wrist hinge was impairing my ability to hit the ball with a faster club head speed. Will continue to use it to remake muscle memory. So affordable and works!

Seems better suited for smaller frames
I tried this swing aid out for a bit and my swing only got worse but I'm not a small guy at 6' 4" and 220 pounds. It seemed like the device was trying to keep my arms closer together than need be, and I would end up just stretching the band a little and making my swing worse. However, my wife, who is way worse than I am with a golf club, had good results with this device. Honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag for the wife as well since the loops wanted to drift down her arms but, when wearing the device, she DID hit the ball much better, especially much straighter. In other words, it feels like the loops on this device are made for larger arms, but the width of the device seems better suited for smaller framed people. I still plan on using this with the wife to help improve her backswing though so overall, decent little swing aid for beginners I think.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Doesn’t fit club.
This thing is a useless piece of junk. It doesn’t even fit your club. If you have a midsize grip don’t even waste your time on this. It was only $9 but I’m amazed at how terrible this thing is.

Good training aid,
Good value for money trainer. Fits all my grips. Slide it in from the bottom and slip it up to position. Very easy to use.
