It came in brand new condition it works great my kids love it

Is a great product but if your hover board is not level you have to calibrate it and that only takes a couple of seconds to calibrate it all you have to do is act like you are turning it on but hold down the power button until you hear lots of beeping and when you let go is when you hear calibration successful

Purchased this for my 10 year old for his b-day at the end of September. It completely stopped working....would not turn off. I unplugged it and tried to reset it, but still nothing. I am not sure what to do because I am now out almost $300 and my son is extremely disappointed. He did love this when it was working, and it is a good product if it would hold up.If the company could help me out, it would be amazing.

My daughter received it for Christmas and she LOVED it but was very disappointed in how fast the battery drains. The charge goes literally from 100% to 70 in 15 mins and keeps draining fast. But when it works it's pretty awesome :) We're going to return it.

Didn’t work, had to have someone repair it. Company stinks!!!
