Excellent thickener! It works exactly as expected and is very easy to use. It thickens my shampoo and body wash formulations without affecting their quality or performance. A little goes a long way, and the results are excellent. I will definitely buy it again. Highly recommended!

Great customer service, no issues with product
As a result of some issues with my freight forwarding company, the item arrived later than expected. I contacted the seller thinking that it was an issue from their end. The seller was very understanding and very patient, tracked the item and provided feedback immediately. Even after the issue was resolved and the packaged finally made it to me, I contacted the seller to inform them who went the extra mile with the level of service. It's a great liquid thickener. I don't need any other. I don't have any picture or video.
