Glad I Checked with the Seller First I was a little unsure about ordering this stool at first because some reviews mentioned the seat tearing. To be safe, I contacted the seller before purchasing and was told that the seat material has been upgraded and that issue has since been resolved. That gave me confidence to go ahead—and I am glad I did. The stool feels very solid and well made. The seat is supportive and comfortable. The saddle design naturally encourages better posture and provides better weight distribution, which I think can be especially more comfortable for women. I actually feel less back tension after long hours at my desk. There was one issue where I was not able to adjust the hydraulic cylinder properly for my desired height because the hydraulic cylinder was defective. I contacted the seller right away and was told it was covered under their warranty. After a brief process, I received a new hydraulic cylinder within a few days. The replacement worked perfectly, and I appreciated how smoothly the whole process was handled. The metal base is sturdy, and the gas lift (the replacement one I received) works smoothly. Assembly was simple and everything fit perfectly. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in great condition. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

I really needed a saddle stool like this for my kitchen. Being pregnant, I can’t stay on my feet for long, but cooking takes quite a bit of time. My husband had bought me a different saddle stool before, but it wasn’t ideal, so I did some research and decided to give this one a try. And I’m so glad I did. Right from the moment it arrived, I could tell this one was different. The packaging was secure and professional, which made a great first impression. Assembly was quick and easy, the instructions were simple and clear, and I had it put together in just a few minutes. What impressed me the most is the quality. It’s even better than I expected, lightweight, yet very sturdy, and the seat is incredibly comfortable with thick, supportive cushioning. I ride horses, so I am looking forward to using this chair at my desk at work! I tend to sit with better posture on my saddle, so I am hoping it will translate well with the chair. it will be interesting to see how well I adapt to the feel of this chair, as it does feel a bit different than my favorite saddle, but still feels comfortable to start out!

This review is long overdue but I am glad that it took me so long so you can really see how it has held up. I purchased the chair on March 30, 2018, so I have only had in 11 months. I am in the beauty industry and rely on my chair 5 days a week and can be sitting for up to 2 hours at a time. At first, the chair seemed good it was never the most comfortable chair not unbearable, which is why I kept it. A few months into using the chair almost daily the wheels started to stick and not roll I would have to give a little push to roll, ok fine still I don't roll all over the place so I deal. But in the last 3 months the seat has become extremely uncomfortable I think the padding is wearing down and the seat has become unstable and wobbly. The worst part is the amount of noise this chair has started to make, I can't make a move without it squeaking and popping it sounds like it's snapped in half sometimes. Very embarrassing and startling during a facial and my client is trying to relax. For using this chair less than a year and already having issues is unacceptable it wasn't the most expensive chair but not cheap either. So now I am out $100 and have to go spend more on a new chair. I will definitely invest my money in a better chair and suggest you do as well.

I recently bought a great LED makeup mirror (SimpleHuman) that had one drawback - The height wasn't adjustable. One side was 5X and the other side was 1X with 10X at the bottom of the mirror, so unless you had the perfect height chair, you would have to either sit up or scrunch down to get your face in the right position to see what you're doing. So I started looking for a chair that had a hydraulic lift. I decided on this one because of the good reviews and the color options. I am not disappointed. It is just what I needed and the quality is great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because this chair is marketed for massage therapists and nail techs. I only use it about a half hour a day. I'm not sure how comfortable it would be to use for hours every day, especially if you're a guy. The raised part of the saddle presses into your groin. I don't have a problem with my half hour that I use it, so I'll leave it up to the techs to weigh in on that. I can say, for my needs, it's perfect. And, yes, it makes you sit up straight, so it's easy on the back.

Love this chair! I’ve been a dental hygienist for 3+ years now and it has definitely taken a toll on my body. Bought this chair for ergonomic purposes and it’s a game changer! Less back pain. Easily adjustable. Smooth gliding on office floors. The seat cushion is perfect as well, not hard like a lot of the other saddle seats. So nice that I’ve bought it twice! My last dental office actually bought the first one off of me because they loved it so much! Only downside is that you can’t adjust the tilt, only the height (which I hear makes for an even better fit.) Besides that small detail, 5-stars!!

I previously purchased another stool from this brand and loved it, so I decided to get this more compact saddle stool this time. The blue color is super versatile and doesn’t show dirt easily. The seat is very comfortable, and the craftsmanship is impressive, the upholstery fits snugly and smoothly over the cushion. It’s also lightweight, which makes it easy to carry around. My coworkers even borrow it to use in the office throughout the day. Overall, I’m just as satisfied as always!

I ordered this as I was getting hip pain and neck and shoulder pain from the chair I had been using; well I assumed it was from that. After using this chair my body is feeling great again. I tried to find a stool with good cushion support as I be sitting for a hour at a time for or a bit less this one was the best I could fine my seat bones are a bit sore at times when I first get up but Id rather that then the other pain I was getting. Rolls great and is a good height for me, easily assembled looks nice I have the vanilla color. The seat fabric seems durable time will tell after using the disinfectant on it numerous times a day. Dental Hygienists this is a game changer!
