Great product for cooking.

Love this stuff. Lowered carbs and cut sugar from our diets and this works like a charm. I add it to my creamy cucumber salad, coleslaw or an other dressings/sauces that call for a small amount of sweetness. . I don't bake anymore but it works well in small amounts in our application. I wish it cost less but it's worth it in the end. I just watch for sales.

This is a wonderful sugar substitute. There is no strange bitter flavor, it also had the benefit of cooking like sugar. So it browns and caramelized for my low-carb treats. For me I didnt think it was less sweet than standard sugar; this is due to using sugar alcohol substitutes. I still followed the ratio suggested and my family thought it was made with regular sugar. Will continue to buy this product I felt it is a high quality powder alloluse.

Appears to be a very good product.Very low glycemic index and tastes good.

One of the better allulose, and Monk fruit sweeteners that I’ve tasted but still looking for something that suits me better. Might have to switch to trying to find a Stevia. Your allulose blend does leave a mild aftertaste in your mouth, and it’s not as sweet of course as Erythritol, and monk fruit is, but no one likes the aftertaste of Erythritol. Well, not everybody..
