Work great, but use the liner for sticky wet doughs and flour well. Like the production story on company website. Well made.

the liner that came with this was too small but i called breadtopia directly and they are sending me a new liner. overall, happy with the product. very nice quality.

Fantastic banneton - works well, and the liner is much better than my others. I hardly have to use flour and somehow the proofed dough pops right out. It's been seeing quite a bit of use.

I'm very impressed with this brotform. Breadtopia explains on their site that they sought to offer a less expensive option to high-quality European-made brotforms and they've succeeded admirably. It seems the world's best rattan comes from Indonesia, so Breadtopia commissioned some local artisans to hand-make brotforms to Breadtopia's specs. Long story short, this brotform is the equal of any German form, costs much less, and maintains a steady stream of income for Indonesian rattan artisans. A liner is included--get out the rice flour and start baking!

It’s sturdy and has worked exactly for containing the bread for proofing.

It works just like it is advertised. Helps make great artisan loaves. Would recommend it to any home baker.

Nice quality rattan. It’s not absolutely necessary to use a rattan but I feel like it helps me yield consistent sizes loafs.
