Absolutely love it. Took me a second to figure out how to install it (do I look like I read instructions?) but was able to get it firmly fixed inside my bedroom doorway. Need it for spine decompression as I get severe lower back pain and it’s able to hold my nearly 115kg self effortlessly. Very good build quality. Brilliant value for money compared to similar items. Easy enough to install and easily removable with no damage. Very good functionality and good non-slip on the sides. Just make sure it’s 100% level using the built in spirit levels and you’re good to go.

Easy to set up, super sturdy and doesn’t leave any damage to the door frame where it’s been set up The bar itself is good, I’m not the biggest fan of there being a slight squish due to the outer material, but maybe that’s just because I’m used to the bars at the gym, the grip is still good and great for a variety of exercises

This thing is really easy to install and solid as a rock. Assuming your doorframes are strong. I love that you can install it and still close the door if you want. Just leave it installed. I attached some rings to this too so I can do some inverted rows at home. I can recommend.

Uso questa sbarra per trazioni da porta da qualche settimana e ne sono davvero soddisfatto. Si monta senza forare nulla, basta posizionarla sulla porta e si fissa perfettamente: è molto stabile e sicura, non si muove minimamente durante l’uso. L’impugnatura è comoda e antiscivolo, permette di allenarsi bene anche con set intensi, senza fastidi alle mani. La struttura è solida e regge tranquillamente il peso senza dare mai la sensazione che possa cedere. È perfetta per trazioni, addominali in sospensione e altri esercizi a corpo libero. Ottima anche per chi non ha molto spazio in casa e vuole comunque allenarsi in modo serio. Un acquisto azzeccato, la consiglio a chi cerca una barra da trazioni efficace, resistente e facile da installare.

Tras probar varias opciones para entrenar en casa, puedo decir que esta barra de tracción de PROIRON es un producto prácticamente perfecto en cuanto a materiales y funcionalidad. Se nota la diferencia de calidad desde el primer montaje. Lo mejor del producto: Grip superior: A diferencia de muchas barras del mercado que usan espumas rígidas o plásticos incómodos, esta tiene un grip con un tacto un poco mullido que es genial. Ofrece un agarre muy cómodo y seguro, evitando que las manos sufran o resbalen durante las series largas. Ajuste milimétrico: El sistema extensible funciona de forma muy fluida y permite un bloqueo total. Advertencia técnica (Importante): Como estudiante de ingeniería, me gustaría dar un aviso sobre la física del producto. Este modelo ejerce una fuerza de compresión muy elevada para mantenerse seguro sin tornillos. Riesgo en marcos y tabiques: Debido a esa gran fuerza de expansión, si se aprieta demasiado podría llegar a agrietar o romper el marco de una puerta de madera de baja calidad o incluso dañar una pared si es un tabique delgado (tipo pladur o ladrillo fino). Recomendación: Asegúrate de montarla sobre una estructura sólida (marco de madera maciza o muro de carga) para aprovechar su máxima estabilidad sin sustos. Veredicto: Es una barra de 10 por construcción y comodidad de agarre. Si tienes una ubicación sólida donde instalarla, es la mejor compra para tu gimnasio en casa.
