Are there any dairy products like milk, whey, cream or cheese in it? Any sugar?

Butter maybe. I'm lactose intolerant and it doesn't bother me at all. :-)

Whats the expiration date on these?

I purchased 1 jar in the begining of Sept 2016 and it had a marked "best by" date of 3/02/17. It did not have a production date so I dont know how old the jar initally was upon my purchase, so based on the "best by" date printed on the jar. 6 months from date of purchase for the product I received. Hope this helps. The sauce was the the consistency of what you receive at the restaurant as I bought the hot version.
