More broken pieces than whole
More than half the bag was broken pieces. Packaging or shipping needs to be better. They taste ok but now I need to buy another bag to get whole pieces for what I need it for.

Oh No!
I love these pretzels for making chocolate covered pretzels, but just wished they came in a container instead of a bag, half of the pretzels were broken which means I have to buy more to complete my order and have no need for the broken pretzels. Also the delivery box should be marked fragile and breakable.

Sick of smashed product every time. Cushion? Bubble wrap?
Totally SMASHED. Out of the three bags I will be lucky to get 10 pretzels, whole pretzels. I’m not even gonna open them. As much as I love Snyder’s pretzels, I can’t go through this every single time I order a supply when I have customers requesting 100 even two and 300 pretzels… it’s impossible to keep up with that.

Will arrive in broken pieces
Soooooo I needed these pretzels for valentine’s day and although they arrived on time they were broken up so they are useless to me. I was trying my luck lol. I have about 20 I was able to keep but the rest were trashed

They’re going to break. But it’s not so bad.
I had to buy two bags based of reviews saying it comes broken. Even though I’d like to give a 3 star. I knew they’d be broken and I’m making treats w them. One bag gave me 25 whole ones non broken and the other bag gave me 27 of them only a quarter of the bag is broken. But who knows. The taste is really good the appearance of them looks super cute it’s not salty either. It’s good
