It is a lot better quality than i thought it would be.
Essentially, it was easy to assemble. That said, where the bar for the back pad attaches to the main structure has these weird spring clip things that don't really work. I used a corded drill and made uniform holes and put a 1-1/2 inch sheet metal screw through on each side and problem solved. Came with extra replacement hand grips for when the first set wears out, which is very nice, and flat stamp wrenches which are really useful! I've been using mine for a while now, and i haven't had to tighten anything again, it's really stable, and comfy. The only downside is that the back pad is kinda far back, not too much so, but i just wish it were adjustable. I might add a piece of plywood or 2x8 or something to bring it forward. All in all, it is an amazing product that is an amazing deal and I'm glad i bought it when I did! Cheers!

My son is happy
My teenaged son wanted a new pull-up bar for his birthday since his old over-the-door one was starting to sag on the ends. Wanting something better than what he was using, after looking at the reviews for several home gyms, I ended up choosing this one. After a snafu with the delivery and having the package left in a pile of snow on the main road that connects to the road my house is on, we finally got the package home and opened (a full month early because I wanted to get everything out of the wet box...so much for surprises). The gym was fairly easy to put together, although the instructions were a bit wanting. The instructions we received weren't the same ones pictured in the image, so we ended up using the amazon picture + our instructions to figure out how everything fit, but by that evening, my son was happily trying it out. My only wish is that the bars were a little more supported. I haven't seen them bend when my slender son pulls on them, but as he builds up muscles, I'm concerned that without stabilizers they'll start bending under his weight. Still, for the price, it works far better than the old pull-up bar.

Not for a serious workout person (Updated)
Arrived today. I was surprised as to how light the box was. I hoped once assembled it would be sturdy yet lightweight. Nope. I am over 200 lbs with a decent build. My hands barely fit on the dip handle. When I put my hand on one side of the pull up bar the whole things shifts under my weight. And, yes, I have tightened the bolts more than I dare since they started to dimple the metal if I go much further. The back support for leg lifts is very flimsy. I am actually afraid to try and do a workout on it. I like to push hard and do that extra dip or pullup but under my weight I am afraid something will slip or break or something. This may be good for a small person (under 150lbs?) who wants the occasional workout (but then again, then type of person doesn't buy something like this). Not really sure what to do with it now. I will have to be creative and see if I can weld it or somehow reinforce it. Not sure what to do about the short handles. disappointed.... Update: I am updating my rating after being contacted by the seller. I had very nice communication with them and, in short, great customer service. They are not the manufacturer but the reseller and so the rating hurts them and we agreed they will update the product description to clarify a person's size that may be more comfortable with this tower as-is. I can't argue that it is a good unit for someone smaller than me. Also as part of this update, this is what I have done to make it more useful for a person my weight (see photos): 1) I got some foam mats and placed the tower on them. My garage floor has an epoxy coating in it. This was probably the main reason it "doesn't feel right" and moved around a lot. Seriously, this is important if you have the same initial experience! 2) I wrapped the grips with athletic wrap and then athletic tape to make the foam grip that came with it longer and thicker to my likeness. This also has helped a lot and my hand doesn't feel like it is going to slip off now. (I need to rewrap as this was just an experiment but it does feel good!) 3) There are two predrilled holes at the top near the pull up bar. I bolted in a 1/8" thick bar which adds more structure and helps prevent the twisting (again, probably not an issue if you are a lot less than 230lbs). Nothing I did modified the tower itself, nor was difficult. It just took some creativity. :) I can easily unbolt the bar or unwrap the tape. Some people might not want to have to do things to something they are buying new just to make it work but some people wrap their weight lifting bars anyway, so what's the difference. I had this stuff laying around but would cost about $20 dollars for both the tape at the grocery store and a predrilled bar at the home improvement store. So if you are a lighter person, the unit is solid. If you are heavier like me, then hopefully these tips help you :)

im close to 200 lbs and can do pull ups with no issues
Everything is clean and new, shipping was quick, very hard to get pull up tower to island. Took me almost an hour to set up. it is sturdy and strong support for 200 lbs. Can do 6 pull up with no issues. The backrest for the ab exercises that clips in seems like it could work much better, but it works fine. It clips in, the two metal prong need to be put inside the bar, and when it clips on, the metal pops into it. There is a note that these guys are a family company from outside mainland, well thank you for the quality product and here is a quality review! hope you get more business from this

It'll work for now...
Assembly is pretty easy. If you have your own sockets it'll be a lot easier though, the provided wrenches are small but bulky so they're a little frustrating to use. The quality could be better. The frame is very thin metal and will easily dimple if you tighten the nuts and bolts too tight. The welds also seem to be a little shoddy. The bottom handles (near the ground) if you do push ups on them you can see them flex quite a bit. It's worrisome because if those welds break you've then got a bunch of jagged metal you're falling on to. I probably won't use them much because of that. Shipping was fast but condition of box was horrible. One of the spring clamps was missing because the box the unit came in was completely beat up and had large holes all over. So I'm assuming it fell out at some point. This also caused one of the arm pads to get squashed and now has a permanent crease through the middle of it. The size of the unit is a bit small. By this I mean it's not wide enough to fit comfortably inside of it. The height is great, but the width and length is so small it makes actually using the thing a bit difficult. My knees hit the back bar while doing pull ups. If I turn around to do them then my feet get caught on the same bar. Also because of how narrow it is, doing dips feels like it actually might injure my back. I'm not able to spread my arms wide enough to lessen the muscle squeeze on my spine when I go down. This causes a really odd feeling and a bit of pain. It might just be from being out of shape. But I'll keep using it as much as I can and maybe over time it will get better the stronger my back gets. The whole point of me getting this is because I have bad back pain and you can do a lot of good core/back strengthening exercises with this which is what was recommended to me by a Dr. to help the pain. Hopefully over time I'll get a bit stronger and the discomfort of the narrowness will go away. If not, then this will probably end up on craigslist or a garage sale.

Nice fitness station
This fitness station is really awesome. It is very easy to put everything together followed by the instruction. I followed the product page instruction to build it up because the manual come with the product is incorrect, but it does not effect the quality. It can be build by one or two person without need extra tool. All the screws in the bottom need to be tighten using two pliers. Im 6'1" tall so I can adjust the station height to fit my height. The station is very stable and it can be place on the wooden floor. I was little worry about this station will gonna damage our floor, but it does not damage anything. Our family can do more exercise using this station in our fitting room now. It save us a lot of time and money instead of going to gym now. Really good ideal

Sad, NO Product Support
This Power Tower should be getting a 5 star rating, but. Love the product, but...one of the armrest nuts was pressed into the wrong place making it impossible to secure 1 screw. Also, the backrest cracked on the 1st use. Not bad product, just, things happen with production. Problem is no parts replacement, I guess. So, my option is to get an entire replacement and return the leftovers. Trump/Biden Chinese import taxes? Such a pain and waste! I am very pleased with how solid it is. I chose it because it looked to be the heaviest duty of all the other products in this price range. It is solid. It has been used by a 6'2" 200 lbs person with just a slight knee bend, slight, at the bottom of a chin/pull up. No shifting of unit, with normal use. It sits well on both carpet and concrete. Agressive use will cause movement, it only weighs 50lbs, but the unit is solid enough to handle. Great to attach exercise bands, a rope for leg stretching, the bar is 7' 3 1/2" high and 41" wide. I put the unit together in about 30 minutes, while watching tv. Easy, no ikea tricks required, just 3 different bolt/screw types... unit, armrest, backrest. Then 2pcs for bar and 2 for riser. I really like it, more versital the more you think about it. Sad no support. I would recommend if you can find a different/good seller of the unit.

Like it - but it needs mods.
I generally like this unit rating it a four – with careful assembly and anticipated modifications. I especially like the framework and the small foot print (26 ½ by 39 ¼ inches). It will do the job for my wife, but for me it will require some re-construction. Concerns: 1. The first major flaw in the unit is that the padded forearm space (for doing leg lifts) is too small at a little under 14 ½ inches (see pic). That is fine for my wife at 5’9” tall and normal arm length. For me it does not work at all. I am 6’+ tall and have a 34-35” sleeve length – I need 16” to clear the post with my elbow. (I sure wish they would add 2” to the structure ‘arm’ length and send me 2 new uprights !) 2. The second flaw is the height of the hand grip for the leg lift. It is too short (see pic). They forgot to account for the height of the forearm padding. My hand goes above the top of the grip by 1 ½ inches. I will have to add some extension on top for it to work more naturally - adding 1 ½ to 2”. To sum it up, if you are taller than 5’ 9”, and/or have long arms, you may find it cramped for leg lifts or impossible to do so. I will need to remove the upper half of the unit to do leg lifts (not fun), and add the aforementioned grip height extenders somehow – Argh – Hmmm, maybe they could make them for me. Other notes: The metal is soft as others have noted and does bend with too much torque on the bolts – make them snug, but not over tightened. With careful assembly all should be good – I assume. The pads seem to be a bit light weight, hope they last a while. The back pad would be better if a little larger and with a little lumbar contour – and the back brace does wiggle some. I would guess ‘rate’ the structure at 200 lbs max for the pull up bar – it is small diameter. The instructions were OK, but very faint; and no clear definition between the bottom cross piece and the upright crosspiece. I put the larger one on the bottom – seems right. It came with spare part - hand grips, nuts & bolts - nice !
