Great idea to combine it & so far so good

For me this has dramatically with my sleep. It used to take me ages to fall asleep then I'd be up and down in the night like a yoyo. But since taking these I'm falling asleep quicker and not waking as much in the night. It has also help calm my restless leg in the evenings.

Don’t know the benefits from it but knowing that I will top up with some needed minerals makes me feel happy .I have night cramps do to my diet I hope this will sort it out .

This 8-in-1 Magnesium Complex by Macro Greens is high-quality and does not contain toxic metals or bulking agents.Noting that magnesium is important for proper sleep, I obtained this supplement in order to alleviate my problem of waking several times a night. Unfortunately, I had to stop taking it after a few days because my sleep, already bad, had got worse. Prior to taking this supplement, I was waking, say, three times a night, of which two necessitated a trip to the toilet. When taking the supplement, I woke up 4 to 5 times a night and each time it was to go to the toilet. Getting out of bed and walking to the toilet makes it harder to get back to sleep than when I just wake up. Researching the matter, I learned that magnesium can act as a diuretic which is obviously the last thing I need.I noticed no other adverse effects but did not enjoy the positive effects of each of the 8 magnesium forms. I attribute the latter to insufficient sleep overriding anything positive. As I obtained this complex to alleviate one problem only and have not had the positive effects, I cannot speak for others who may well benefit from this complex.Although magnesium is well-known to foster good sleep, I feel that its effects can vary. Certainly, in my case as I suffer from an overactive bladder and science tells us that, as we age, urine production increases in the night compared to when we were younger, the alleged diuretic effects cancelled any sleep improvement. Nonetheless, this is a high-quality, mid-priced magnesium supplement which should last 60 days (120 capsules – take 2 per day). Recommended. 4 stars.

Got this as it has multiple types of magnesium in it. Most supplements only have one which may only provide limited benefits.I have found this to be helpful with sleep and energy throughout the day.

taken daily, essential for body health

I haven’t been using this product enough to comment on the health benefits but you need to take 2 capsules daily to meet the daily amount stated on the bottle and capsules are too big to swallow.

Not triggering my cramps like some super expensive German brand I tried before.
