Wow! My wife and I had a great day together yesterday. This stack of cards gave us something fun to do together at home. We are in our 50's, we have known each other since college days, and we have been married for about seven years now. With the Covid-19 pandemic going on, it is challenging for me to plan a date with my wife. We cannot go out and do the things we are accustomed to doing on a date, such as going out to eat, going to a concert or play, or going to a movie. It has been a while since my wife and I have had the chance to spend the day together. We needed some quality time together. I searched Amazon for fun things we could do together at home. I turned up this stack of cards as a possibility. I ordered them and got them in a couple of days. We enjoyed taking turns asking questions from the cards and answering them. It stimulated some excellent conversation beyond just the answers to the question on the card. It gave us the chance to spend time focused on each other, which is precisely what I needed. Yes, the cards have a few grammar and spelling errors, and they are awkwardly worded at times. But so what? We followed this procedure. 1. Draw a card and read it to yourself. Mentally rephrase or correct the grammar or spelling in your mind. 2. Ask the other person the question out loud, rephrased as necessary. 3. The other person can either answer the question, rephrase the question and answer it, or ask for a different question. There were some questions we did not want to respond to with each other because we prefer not to talk very much about our past relationships. We have a great relationship, which gives us plenty to talk about without discussing past relationships. 4. By the time we were two-thirds of the way through the deck, we still alternated asking the questions, but both of us were answering every question by then, not just every other one. We spent perhaps 3 hours going through the entire stack of cards. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to spend some quality time with another special person. This deck is labeled for couples, but most of the questions would work for any two people, whether they are dating or married or just two people who care about each other.

I gave this to my boyfriend as one of his Valentines gifts, not knowing what he would think of it. He was completely on board with “playing” it. We have our ritual of every Saturday and Sunday when we have our morning coffee together we take time for each other and we read 2-5 cards depending on how in depth we talk about each one. It has brought us closer together, it helps you open up and explore each others feelings. I believe that these cards can always be used throughout our whole relationship. One topic on the card always seems to lead us onto other topics and gets us really talking. We have always been great at communicating with each other, but this game has taken it to a whole new level. I think even if I was single I would buy these cards and use them to write about how I feel. I of course would love an expansion of this game even though we haven’t even gone through half of them yet. I’m super glad I bought this!

These cards could honestly work for most couples, but I would say you definitely wanna aim for a relationship you’ve been in for at least a couple months. Some of the questions range from things you would ask on a first date to things you would ask after being married for several years. For example there are ones reflecting on favorite memories and then there are questions like, “do you want kids and if so how many?”. Personally I thought they were fun and I learned a lot about my partner and I felt like we got to share some quality time getting to know each other that much better, but he thought they were kinda scattered in terms of quality. I think if I was going to get another set of question cards in the future for us to do I would get a more generic set just because I think you can learn just as much about your partner as a person from those cards. These were mostly specific to questions about being in a relationship, obviously, but there were some that had you reflect on things like who you were when you were younger. I préfères those kinds of questions. Overall I liked it and it made for a fun couple of date nights.

My husband and I have been married for almost 4 years, been together for 5.5, and known each other for over 10 years. We also now have a 3 month old baby girl and between work, baby, dogs and household things it seems like the only time we spend together is with the baby talking about the baby or watching 30 minutes of TV and eating dinner after the baby has gone to sleep. I got these thinking it would give us something else to talk about and so far we love them!! We have had them a couple weeks and on Saturday nights after the baby is down we open a bottle of wine and go through about 10 cards. The cards spark conversation, and then topics change from that conversation and we can go 20 minutes before we pick up another card. The only pitfall I find is that some of the questions are very big picture, like topics you don't need to revisit for another decade so once we've gone through them all we will have less cards to keep utilizing in the future. But I think they are a great idea!! And something I will certainly purchase as a gift for others.

I have been Amazon loyal shopper for years, purchased all kinds of things, and this is my 1st time leaving review. I am beyond impressed. I got this for my partner and we decided to play the game with our best friend. We went through 3 questions and what a beautiful, meaningful, much needed, long and productive discussion/conversation we had! Most of us are living our lives as routine and it is hard to see ourselves, our relationship from “outside” point of view. Well, these questions make you stop for a moment and think “what are you doing, do you maybe need to change something, to adjust, to compromise, to pay attention to your needs, to your partner’s needs, wants..” I recommend this to all couples who wants to grow their relationship, make it stronger, and regardless if you are just getting to know each other or have been together for a long time. This is must have tool for all, and a great gift idea as well !

I believe this is a great product for opening up conversations with your partner. I only chose 3 of 5 stars because my package arrived damaged. It looked like the amazon bag had cuts in it and allowed water in, which destroyed the product.

I purchased these for our 30th Wedding Anniversary back in August. I was very impressed to have a rep from the company reach out to me and ask if I had any issues with the product and if there was anything that they could do to improve the product. Since I hadn't opened the cards at thr time of his email, I told him that i would let him know as soon as i had a chance to use them. My husband and I used them the night of our anniversary and we thoroughly enjoyed them! Very thought provoking questions! We thought we knew a lot about each other after 30 years but these cards opened up a whole new dialog for us...the cards are made from good guality material...i highly recommend! Great company to support!! I will be purchasing again as gifts for my family and friends!

I bought this as a anniversary gift to my fiancee. And they loved it, the idea is amazing. There is questions in there that most people would never think of. The only bad thing I have to say is we wish there was some more cards for the price you pay cuz you can only play this one time and done. So we are going to gift it forward when we're done with the cards so someone else can enjoy in the magical game. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get to know their partner better. It really has brought us closer and strengthened our bond. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!

Great game, we took our pack to our local bistro, played over dinner and enjoyed ourselves so much the restaurant owner asked for the name of the game, as she wanted to get some for diners , she said she could see we were having so much good fun and conversation and not once did we look at our phones . We've been together for twenty years and we still found out so much about each other . I bought our good friends a pack for Christmas because we enjoyed this so much.

I bought this for my tenth anniversary to have a nice date in, since we are celebrating in. To give some context, I’ve known my husband for 19 years, we are in our mid-thirties and have been together for over 16 years and have two kids. We have a date night every Friday night. So we know each other pretty well, lol! We found this deck fantastic! The conversation starters have a wide variety of topics. Some of them generated longer conversations, some shorter. Some made us giggle and some were more serious. There are so many as well, so when we pulled a couple we didn’t care for, we just put them aside and tried a new one. I definitely recommend this one for couples who have been together a long time and want to sit down and chat with each other about something other than COVID-19. We made some snacks and poured a glass of champagne to go with it too! Overall a lot of fun and worth the price for sure.

I have this at home, cannot return because I opened it. But how else would I know that this is childish! The questions mentioned in, you dont need these cards to speaker to your partner. For sure this isn't anything that will connect you into a deep conversation, as mentioned.

Had played it with my wife and even though we know each other well we really enjoyed playing this game. Definitely recommend
