Smooth, nice but light fragrance, clear and works. The price is good too.It does help repel bugs and seems to stop ticks from biting. It absorbs fast and it doesn't feel like you have anything on. No sticky feeling without the strong odor other bug sprays leave behind. It washes off clothes without staining.

Better than 20% Deet! I have had dengue, so I am extra particular about stopping mosquitos, and ticks. This stuff is great!It's easy to apply and leaves no residue. It also has no smell. It doesn't make me all slimey or cause me to sweat more. Yay!I notice that I am often the only one who doesn't get ticks on my legs on hikes... I think this product is why! I rub it on my feet before putting my socks on and that seems to help too.

I like this so much better than the spray! It’s a light gel, and even though I put on a lot of it, it doesn’t leave residue. It has a strong scent that fades reasonably quickly. It’s worked well all summer here in southern VA.

Does not have that terrible odor you normally get from bug repellant. Took this to Belize and it was perfect to keep the mosquitos off! Doesn’t leave a sticky residue and I did put this on my face and neck with no problems. Will definitely be buying more.

No typical smell or sticky/tacky sensation on the skin. Rubs in completely, feels like it isn't there, and has a significant impact on the amount of insects which swarm. Repels mosquitoes very well

I like this brand of insect repellent. The clear gel is easy to apply and does feel sticky. Dries quickly.

This feels and smells EXACTLY like hand sanitizer. Not the most enjoyable thing to put on my face, and does not repel gnats, but I haven't had to worry about mosquitoes. It's consistentcy is that of a very runy gel.
