Great product! I bought this for my mum, who gets leg cramps from time to time. Since she started using it, she’s noticed that her cramps are much less frequent, and when they do occur, they’re far less severe. It’s excellent value for money, especially considering the quantity, and the quality is great too. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been taking the VitaBright Magnesium Glycinate Complex for a little while now, and I can definitely notice a difference. My sleep has improved—I fall asleep faster and feel more rested in the morning. The added vitamins and minerals are a nice bonus, and overall the supplement feels high quality. The only downside for me is that the capsules are quite large and a bit hard to swallow. If you’re someone who struggles with bigger tablets, this might be something to consider. Despite that, the results have been positive, so I’m happy with the purchase.

The product is OK, as usual, but Amazon delivery is crazy. I've ordered 4 items in one go, and they arrived in 4 separate packages with 4 drivers. Do we have too many resources to spend in this world? What a waste of time, money and resources. Shame on you, Amazon!

I'd got into bad habits or going to bed late - sometimes not getting to sleep until 1 or 2 am - and was waking at 3am and being unable to get back to sleep for 2 or 3 hours, then I would fall asleep in the afternoon and evening because I was so tired and sluggish all day. Then I read about magnesium deficiency and did a bit of research before settling on this one. I take 2 capsules a day, one with breakfast and the other with my evening meal and whether it was psychosomatic or the result of the capsules my sleep improved from the first night. The only problem now is that I sleep through to about 6am and then can't get always get back to sleep but I've been going to bed earlier to compensate. Benefits for me already have been better sleep (oh, the joy of getting a decent night's sleep) and even if I wake up I now have no problem getting back to sleep; waking up feeling much brighter and more alert, and feeling like I have more energy through the day. Whether it will help get rid of the cortisol belly I don't know, but it will need to work very hard because I'm really stressed at the moment.

Works great as a Magnesium supplement. However a recent blood test showed that unfortunately the extra B6 has resulted in toxic levels for me, making it unsuitable for daily consumption. Had to switch to other products as a result.
