I read that different forms of magnesium can have different benefits, so I liked that this combines six types in one supplement. I take it before bed with a big glass of water and I do feel it makes a difference for me. I’ve put it on Subscribe & Save to bring the cost down and, more importantly, so I don’t forget to reorder. I’ve been quite happy with it and will continue using it.

This was good until I found out it slows my period and prolong it, which is sad as it has really help with stress and muscle ache. I have had to stop using it during my period, I don’t kn why it affect my period, what I noticed is that it stop my period cramping and when that happens my period becomes slower which is really weird but I will keep it cus it’s really has help me feel happy and have more strength so what I plan to do is stop two days to my period and till it finish’s and after my period I will continue the tablet. I will still give it four star cus I felt good since using it

My absolute thanks to magnesium and vitabright! I have only been taking it for a short time but the result has been the best sleep 😴 💤 😌 I have experienced in such a long time - years! I woke feeling calm. My head wasn't racing before sleep I did dream...it's just wonderful. I did wake with a 'ringing' in my ear but I was advised to reduce the dosage to one in the evening and the other in the moring. I don't take medications so my body takes a little time to adjust. I have also noticed a reduction in appetite.

Product is ok. Be aware that you are getting a blend of magnesium for the price. The nutritional information does not disclose how much of each form is included, which is a real shame and likely suggests the cheaper variants are more commonly found in the blend.

Great product! I bought this for my mum, who gets leg cramps from time to time. Since she started using it, she’s noticed that her cramps are much less frequent, and when they do occur, they’re far less severe. It’s excellent value for money, especially considering the quantity, and the quality is great too. I would definitely recommend it.
