Worst Supplier of RO water filter . Zero SUPPORT
The worst supplier VortOPT they do not support their products. Inspite of changing the filters the unit is not working and we are unable to contact the vendor via PHONE or email Please DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT AS U WILL LOOSE $500 if this product breaks down. It is a flawed model UR02 . I am frustrated and dont know how amazon can help

Barely worked a Month
The RO filter barely worked a month after I replaced all three filters, now the indicator is flashing and beeping again… it suppose to last 24-36 months

Not new?
Water filter still beeps after replacing with this and the light shows PC, tried resetting, flushing, power off for several minutes, drain refill, nothing works.
