The printer is compact, easy to use, and delivers noise less, clear and fast printing—perfect for regular label work. It is also quite durable—I have accidentally dropped it 2–3 times, but nothing happened and it still works perfectly. The battery backup is also very good, which makes it convenient for daily use. After around 6 months, I faced a minor issue, but the customer support team was excellent. They responded quickly and resolved the problem within 24 hours without any hassle.
