I always like this manual because it presents the basic of hydraulics and hydrology in a fundamental form not usually taught by overeducated professors in college. Updated rainfall data can be found on-line, but the basic procedures haven't changed in decades for the practicing engineer working a for-real design problem. But, I can say I have a copy of the original from 'way back when!

Another satisfied customer here. Book arrived on time and in great shape. I purchased it because it is recommended as a reference for the PE exam and because it makes for a good reference in what I do. I can't comment on the content in much detail as I have not had it very long.

To get non-metric get the old version used
I've been borrowing this book from other engineers now for 30 years. Don't need it every day, but when I need it nothing else will do. Time to get my own copy. If you work in english units (cfs) best to order the older version used.
