The colors and designs are very cute. Step-by-step it shows how to do nails. You could do cupcake nails, watermelon, or heart, flower, or panda nails. This book is wonderful. I'm into cute nails. I also got the other book for nails from this author, Catherine Rodgers. Those are cute too but seem somewhat more challenging, anyways, this one is for kids. Grrreat!!!!

The skills needed to do all the designs in this book seem repetative, but still, it gives lots and lots of good ideas for designs to try. Easy to read, and easy to follow instructions. Tons of big, colorful pictures. I think my niece, who I gave it to, really likes it. I would recommend this.

My 9 yr old daughter's new "bible". She's obsessed with all the beautiful and fun designs. Some will require a few attempts to look as good as they do in the book, but it's a fun activity for us to do together.

The book was purchased for a 10 year old, the color step by step photos are amazing. I am in my 50's and enjoy looking thru the book myself and get great ideas. Although written for a younger girl in mind there are some styles that would look great on an adult too. Highly recommend.

I gave this book a rating of "ok" because for some of the designs it leaves out steps and the necessary tools to create the design.

Lots of ideas and cute and simple designs easy to recreate, step by step. Designs appropriate for a young girl. I like it.
