I installed this JP on my 2021 Triton 189 with Mercury 200 pro xs… this is a 19ft tournament style fiberglass bass boat Bolt patterns on bass boats are universal… JP to transom… engine to JP I do not know for a fact if your bolt spacing is the same as the big boys Call Bob’s Machine and confirm

How long is the wiring harness?

I can’t give a positive length on the wiring harness, but can tell you I had enough to get to my batteries with plenty to spare, also there was more than enough wire to reach the console for the up and down switch. I have an 18’ 4” Ranger boat

Will this work with a older evinrude 120hp?

i have a 1990 yamaha on mine so yes it will but call bobs to be sure
