About products quality
This product is really waste of money .. and also I can't return the product. I just use 4-5 days and then water speel slow daily I have to struggle .. according to brand commitment this is not working at all โน๏ธ

Not recommended for medium to low pressure showers
Doesnโt work well with shower. Decreases pressure significantly. We have put it on our basin tap now.

Water softener quality is good
All necessary washers should be provided with the entire softner kit. The thread tightening needed at the Shower side attachment was not fitting tightly so had to use additional washer (not provided with package)

Costly in long term
Pricey and refill cartridge unavailability, they earn on the subscription model of cartridges which is costlier than generic filters. Opt for a universal cartridge system than this if you frequently need replacement. One cartridge will be good for 2-3 months max. Iused this this in 400 TDS water. It reduced TDS to around 200 initially.
