Loose motions
I have been taking creatine monohydrate for the past year. Initially, I used Nakpro without any issues. Recently, I switched to Atom creatine, and since then I have been experiencing loose motion, a feeling of fullness in my stomach, and indigestion. I stopped taking it for four days, and during that time my digestion and bowel movements returned to normal. However, when I started taking it again yesterday, the stomach problems began again.

पानी में घुलने में बहुत समय लेता है फ्रूट पंच फ्लेवर एक दम बेकार है और 5 gm लेने पर भी कोई खास इफेक्ट नहीं दिखता इसका माइक्रोनाइज सिस्टम काम का नहीं है अगर रेगुलर लिया तो पक्का किडनी स्टोन होगा
