This is an adapter only, not a video capture card
Works perfectly but returned item, since I needed a video capture card, not just a simple adapter.

good quality hdmi to usb c adapter
This is a good quality USB-C adapter. I use it mostly to hook up my TV to my ipad that is a couple years old. The connection is great, and allows me to use streaming subscriptions easily on my several year old TV. I've also used it to hook up a computer to a monitor, and that works well also.
