It's the hangout and enjoy a movie with your nieces kind of tablet.
This is a great little travel tablet that I truly enjoyed having this past week leading up to the Easter holiday. I was traveling for work and having a nice tablet to watch prime video or other streaming on that's not my laptop and less bulky at night is the primary reason I picked it up (catching a lightning sale didn't hurt either) the benefit is the stereo speakers. Single speaker setups from the experience for me and generally muddy the audio . Battery life was great for its size and it doesn't take forever to charge and I only plugged it in every couple of days using it during the evenings. Coming with a case that has a raised lip was a surprise I must've missed that in the listing. Really this a great portable tablet that has good sound a nice screen that's gets pretty bright and it's great for media consumption and browsing and doesn't break the bank. It's not trying to be the next AAA game station or art pad. It's the hangout and watch a movie or show with your nieces kind of tablet. I'd say umidigi made an affordable tablet that doesn't skimp on build quality because it feels solid and it's running the newest android. I recommend!

Good little budget tablet for watching videos & reading Umidigi has good customer support
Not the fastest Tablet this is a basic budget tablet Good for watching videos on YouTube Social media, Reading. Definitely not a gaming tablet I did have issues about 2 months after purchase the tablet went totally dead & wouldn't charge it was past return period so I contacted Umidigi Customer service directly they had me send in the Tablet & They sent me a brand new one So Umidigi Customer Service is Good they seem to stand behind their products I will most likely purchase one of their higher quality devices.

Believe the reviews, I sure wish I had!
I bought this tablet primarily for watching YouTube videos, reading, and occasionally browsing the internet. Maybe even playing a light game or two. But, really, I didn’t have anything intensive planned for this tablet. I was really frustrated when I learned that this tablet couldn’t even handle what little I wanted from it. I would have said that the screen was acceptable until I noticed five small dead pixels on the top of my screen. I was also shocked by the amount of light bleeding. It looked really bad in some angles. It was too much for my liking, very distracting. At this point, I knew this tablet was going to have to be returned. Dead pixels are no joke! I just couldn’t take a chance on that. But, since I had it with me, I decided to keep testing it out before putting it back in its box. The speakers weren’t amazing, but they were passable. That was probably the only thing that I didn’t have an issue with because when you’re buying something on a budget, you can’t expect high-quality speakers. Watching YouTube videos was incredibly frustrating. Every time I clicked on a video, it would play for about 53 seconds before buffering. It wouldn’t load the video after that. I tried it with multiple different videos and it did the same thing every time. I even tried changing the video quality but it didn’t seem to help. Eventually, after about 15 minutes or so, it started working! I’m not exactly sure why but videos started to actually play. However, this should have worked in the first place. For some reason, it automatically played videos in 720P. I’m not sure why because I could change it to 1080P and it would play just fine but if I wanted to change the video quality, I would have to do so every time I clicked on a video which was annoying. Even after clicking “advanced settings,” in the YouTube app, it still defaulted to 720P. Now, I wasn’t too caught up in the video quality, 720P is fine but I thought it would be worth mentioning to those of you who care about stuff like that. Lastly, I think the second biggest issue that I had with this tablet besides YouTube, is just the fact that this tablet is really slow. It takes too much time loading up the Google web browser and apps. It also stutters a lot while you’re scrolling which happened pretty much every time I scrolled. Overall, I would not recommend this tablet to anyone. For the same price, you can purchase the Alldocube iPlay 50 mini Lite with a coupon and it’s better in pretty much every way. I would know because that’s what I did! I was actually trying to decide between this one and that one and the only reason I went with this one over it was because it came with a pre-installed screen protector and a case. I promise you, having to buy those separately is worth it if it means that the tablet you’ll be buying actually does what it’s supposed to do and it’ll save you a trip to the UPS store! (Update: I had to return that tablet too. I found out that it has a screen protector on it already installed as well but it’s super thin and doesn’t do anything. Took it on a trip and the screen somehow cracked despite me being very careful with it. I would still recommend it over this one but get a good screen protector if you decide to purchase). Seriously, don’t buy this tablet. Umidigi should be ashamed of themselves for releasing something that can barely load their own website.

Great for ereader alternative
I really like this tablet, especially if you don't want to spend much on an ereader. You can watch videos and stuff on it but it slow down the swipe speed. it does come with a case and screen protector and charger which is a plus, however the case is not a clear case its dark gray but transparent case so you can't really see the tablet color and thats a bummer, amd I have been searching for weeks now to find a clear case for it and you literally can't find a clear case anywhere, otherwise it can be a great alternative for an ereader if you dont want to spend alot of money on them.

Nice little tablet!
I was looking for a small tablet to carry with me in my bag so I can write my stories on my breaks. I tried another one and the battery life was abysmal. However, this one seems to be acting like a relatively normal tablet! I don't need it to do much heavy lifting, just play some music and support Google Docs. It accomplishes those purposes. I can't really comment on other things too much because my use case is literally just for having a mobile word processor on a slightly larger screen on my phone. But for my purposes, it's perfect! And I love having a headphone jack. About the only thing of note is that the charge port is placed strangely. The tablet has the typical power button and volume buttons...so that means the charging port is on the top. And it's off to the left if you're holding it with the screen facing you. I don't really understand the placement.

Perfect little distraction device
I didn't want to Kindle because I found them limiting so I got this instead for reading my ebooks. I was pretty surprised when it came with its own little case and I was able to customize it without actually sticking the stickers to it. I was able just to put them in the back between the case and the tablet. I can easily just switch them out. The camera is decent. The tablet works well with my earbuds for audible and all of my ebook formats work because I can download other e-readers from the Google store. I actually love this thing. The speed is fine and it does everything I need. I can even connect a keyboard to it for some light typing and upload the documents to Google docs so it's perfect. And it fits in my purse. The last thing of course is the price. I paid way less than a Kindle. And even was able to kick in the 2-year asurion warranty against dropping it. I feel I got more bang for my buck in the end. It has more functionality and I'm not limited to books that have DRM. I can read all of my old ebooks and more formats. I can watch Netflix and Hulu and pretty much do everything. It's a perfect little distraction device. No regrets.

Good for the price
I went with 4 stars because it isn't amazing, but it is pretty dang good for the price. Touch could be more sensitive, sometimes I have to really press for it to notice anything. There is a little lag time for everything you do, it isn't so bad I'm going to stop using the tablet, but it is bad enough to notice. Overall it is pretty good and worth what I paid. Update: it doesn't ever just turn on. It can be fully charged on my lunch break and when I come home the screen won't light up. Have to hard press the power twice to get it to restart. This is a reoccurring issue, not a one off thing. When it is on and operational, it is decent. But getting it there takes at least 5 minutes every time I want to use it.

Reader tablet?
This is an amazing little tablet for reading! I'd super recommend this for reading and very light work like replying to emails or editing papers. If you're looking for a mini tablet for reading/media consumption this is an amazing option especially for $60. The screen is nice and bright when I need it to be. It does lag on start up. But that's to be expected for a budget android tablet. I do have one negative thing to say. I wish they had more options for cases. I paid for a cute purple tablet that is being covered up by a darker clear case. I wish they sold a truly clear case hell maybe even a sparkly one! I would buy it and I know many others would too. Value for the price is absolutely incredible. I think it would be extremely hard to beat and haven't found any other options in this price range with android 14 anywhere else.

A decent tablet for the money
What you have to remember with a tablet like this is that you are getting what you pay for. In this case you get a lot for relatively little money. Where else would you get a Wi-Fi 6, HD tablet for under £80? Typical of UMIDIGI it comes with a case and screen protector pre-fitted. That's going to save you a few pounds. Pros: Responsive, decent speed, good wi-fi connection, latest Android 14, you can add up to 1tb micro SD card, USB C charging (although that's not super fast charging), good battery life, quad core processor, comes with case and screen protector Cons: A little chunky, not fast charge. But remember this is a low cost tablet. You wouldn't buy it for the camera.
