Less sodium than most low salt grocery store options. Great taste in stir frys and even made a great fried rice. Recommend!!

I’ve been using this NPG Premium Light Soy Sauce mainly as a dipping sauce, and it’s been a great addition to meals. The flavor is well-balanced—savory and slightly umami-rich without being overly salty like some traditional soy sauces. It enhances the taste of sushi, sashimi, and dumplings without overpowering the food. The consistency is smooth and light, making it ideal for dipping as well as drizzling over dishes. I also appreciate that a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than expected. The packaging is sturdy and easy to pour without making a mess. Needed a low sodium soy sauce. This has a very low sodium content compared to others. Taste is fantastic-I was very surprised, did not expect the excellent flavor. Quantity for the price is very good. I have already ordered another bottle to have on hand. Shipping is awesome, by this I mean it was shipped in a styrofoam container-in a cardboard box. The bottle (glass) had a tamper-proof seal. No leakage. Great packaging! Overall I was very impressed with the product. If you are on a renal diet, you might look at this one.

I bought this because I was put on a low sodium diet after having a heart attack. I really like the flavor, but recently found out it’s NOT a low sodium product. It was mislabeled as 200 mg of sodium per TBSP when it’s actually 311 mg of sodium in a tsp. That makes it almost as high in sodium as regular soy sauce and higher than much less expensive reduced sodium sauce or coconut aminos. This company should be ashamed of themselves for marketing this product to target vulnerable people. And Amazon should be vetting the products in their site better. I also want to note that while they have changed the label on the bottle, it is still marketed on the Amazon site as a low sodium product, and still called out in the description as 200 mg per TBSP.

This had very good flavor, but the cap is poorly designed, it sort of holds excess sauce in the cap so when it's poured it dribbles down the side of the bottle. VERY frustrating. Still, it is a great low sodium soy, and I would gladly buy again, but I'll swap out the cap for a different one (I keep spares in my kitchen drawer just for things like this).
