Item not delivered, i received a smaller size first later on I put exchange order but the order was not delivered and the status shows as delivered, feeling cheated badly .. do not buy at all from this vendor gives faulty materials

Amazon's pathetic customer service
The product was small hence initiated a exchange which on the day of delivery showed cancelled saying refund will be processed but no update since then so I haven't got the refund nor is the return picked up and customer service can't be reached and the chat bot is pathetic
