Can you add my business logo on that?

we have only sold these as a sealed box. we never added anyones business logo onto these. not sure what we would have to charge to try and do that for you. thanks

I just bought this but can't find a website to download the template online. Where do I go?

I personally wasn’t able to find the template either. I used the measurements that were on the test sheets and used word. I also made a few copies of the test pages to make sure the words were exactly where I wanted them
