Why can't the lid be opened after using the steam cleaner?

The steam inside the product has not fully released. Please follow these steps:

Our steam cleaner has a 350ml capacity.

If you notice air leaking from the lid during use, simply press the steam button.

Excessive force when twisting the lid may cause the threads to strip, making the lid impossible to open.

Why does it leak when I use steam cleaner?

The water leaks out because you do not tighten the safety cap before using the Steam Cleaner.
